Sales Agent / Account Manager
We are looking for sales person to sell spots on our radio programs and manager client relationships.
The custom created programs help spread our positive message and can be heard by going to the home page of our website (
www.akindvoice.org).
The program topics are: Sports, News, Music, Books, Movies and Innovation. They are currently on an internet platform and we will be expanding to the Savannah broadcast radio market.
Details:
The person getting this position will be our sole sales representative in the Savannah radio market.
It will be a work from home position- As you achieve success, both your hours and territory could expand as we are planning on taking our programs to radio markets across the country.
We are a non-profit organization with a great mission and seeking someone who embodies our mission of spreading kindness one act at a time.
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills
A hunter mentality to generate new business
Confidence in pitching and closing business
Good at managing relationships with clients over the long term
Compensation:
The compensation will be commission based. You will receive a 50% commission for the initial program the spot appears on and a 10% commission for all future shows the spots appear on. In others words, 50% for the sale, 10% to manage the relationship as long as you are an active sales rep with A Kind Voice. The compensation is structured to help us build long term relationships with clients.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
