Inside Sales / Booking Agent
Two options available, depending on the needs of the right job candidate:
1) Full time 40 hours a week, or, 2) Part-time with a morning or afternoon shift. The Booking Agent/Inside Sales Rep will display a positive attitude at all times and is responsible for securing sales appointments on inbound leads through accurate and professional representation of our brand and its products according to company systems and processes.
Responsibilities
+Receive inbound calls from customers and schedule appointments
+Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with leads that come from media, phone book, internet, or networking
+Assist in our marketing efforts via social media and past customer outreach
Job Requirements
+Experience with inbound and outgoing calls, and following up with prospects
+Personal use of Social Media, especially Facebook
+Some experience with writing to an audience
+Creative
+Positive can do attitude
+Detail oriented with good follow through
+Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
+Willingness to learn and modify as needed
+Participate in the on call phone rotation
