Maintenance Tech
Millwood Management is looking for a maintenance technician who repairs, cleans, and works well with other people. A maintenance tech must be able to work with and communicate with residents in the apartment community to provide a good clean and safe living environment
Responsibilities
Good understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Be available for on-call emergencies
Preparing for property inspections
Making the community a better place to live
Inspect, clean, repair, and turn vacant units
Making sure the ground looks look professional. (weeding, removing littler from flower beds, parking areas, sideways, and breeze ways)
Assist the grounds keeper and Manager of the property
Be organized with work orders and inventory
