Design Center Manager
Brighton Homes is a New Home Builder specializing in higher end production and semi-custom homes. Brighton is looking for an Interior Design professional to manage our Design Center, meet with all home buyer clients, design models, spec homes, and parade homes. The position would also be responsible to help manage plan options, option pricing, and keeping our website and sales software up to date. Depending on your situation, we could also accommodate a part time schedule for the right applicant. The position offers full dental, vision, and medical benefits as well as paid time off.
The ideal applicant should:
-Excel in interior design for residential construction, from colors and finishes to furniture and decor
- Have previous New Home Construction Design Center Experience
-Have knowledge of the New Home Construction Process
-Be familiar with the qualities and limitations of different building materials and finishes
-Be familiar with construction drawings
