Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant

We are seeking a wellness-minded, energetic professional to join our team in the role of Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant.
Potential candidate must be organized with the ability to multitask; demonstrate extraordinary leadership skills and possess excellent verbal/ written communication skills. The main responsibility of this position is scheduling appointments over the phone and in person, calling patients for rescheduling, and reactivation, insurance verification, collecting payments, patient management, filing and pre-authorizations but will also be assigned other duties as necessary. Chiropractic, medical or dental office experience is necessary. MUST know the eclipse billing/scheduling software. This is a part-time position, but may turn into full-time.
Must be able to alphabetize have excellent math skills, multi-task, work hard, have great communication skills and have a professional appearance.
We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a team and is a self starter.
Knowledge of Eclipse software is necessary.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
