Guest Services Supervisor
Outgoing, energetic professional needed for guest services supervisor at new upscale retail shopping center. Strong customer service, public relations and organizational skills a must. Previous hotel, retail or hospitality experience preferred. Must be available some weekend and evening hours. This position requires some standing and heavy interaction with the public.
Assist with recruitment, staffing hiring and scheduling of employees. Managing, working and maintaining guest service center. Answering phones, assisting the public and gift card sales.
