FT Full-Charge Bookkeeper To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
min 5 years of recent Bookkeeping experience, recent supervisory experience a plus, an understanding of both GAAP and Income Tax Basis Financial Reporting, a strong working knowledge of an inventory based environment, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, effective communication and interpersonal skills, excellent MS 2010 skills, familiar with manual and computerized Inventory, AR, AP, and GL systems, prior recent SAP or PLEX systems a plus, must be able to multi-task and work a flexible schedule to meet financial and company deadlines.
Job responsibilities will include:
General Ledger entries, review and analysis, Corporate Bank account reviews and reconciliation, Corporate Tax payments and filings, EOM and YE Close routines, monthly financial statements, review of 1099 annual reporting.
