NOW HIRING FSQA Supervisor needed for local poultry plant.
Responsibilities Include:
Ensuring all HACCP/SSOP documents are filled out properly and that all critical control point limits are maintained.
Ability to set up and conduct all microbio logical test i.
e.
salmonella, campylobacter, listeria, aerobic plate count and fill in for the microbial technician if absent for any reason.
Complete sensory evaluations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance or equivalent Minimum 2 years experience Consumer products industry experience; food/protein industry preferred SQF Practioner (not required, but desired) HACCP certification Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish) preferred Previous poultry industry experience preferred We offer competitive salary and benefits package.
