Company Description Job Description This position is with a growing IT Consulting company.
The firm is looking for an End User Support Expert who also has great Junior Windows Systems Administrator , but who also love working with technology.
Required
Qualifications:
Demonstrated in-person end user support experience working with both technical and non-technical high-touch users Demonstrated expertise with supporting, installing, troubleshooting, maintaining:
Windows XP / Vista / 7 Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007 / 2010 Jr.
Sys Admin experience with maintaining and troubleshooting:
Windows 2003 / 2008 / 2012 Exchange 2007 / 2010 / 2013 Networking devices Excellent verbal and written communication skills (everyone says this, we mean it) Excellent problem solving skills (and enjoy doing it too!) Sense of humor (really, you need it in this line of work) Attention to detail! (our clients are picky, and so are we!) Ability to document (you don't have to like it, but you do need to do it) Ability to work independently and proactively (don't wait for the problem to come to you) 4
years of customer service experience - looking for in-person one-on-one support, NOT call center 2
years of Windows server experience 1
years of network experience.
Desirable
Qualifications:
Mac OS support expertise -- if you don't have this, we'll want you to pick it up ASAP Previous consulting experience - strongly preferred Bachelor's degree Microsoft Certifications (the more the better, but we know the value of real world experience too) Scripting and/or automation expertise (why do it manually if you can have the computer do it for you?) Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
