Orbit, has an immediate openings for an Internal Account Manager position in our North Salt Lake Facility. The Internal Account Manager will oversee and act as the primary contact for the internal accounts. Coordinate the information through all of the Orbit departments and with the Sales Directors, Sales Managers, Service Managers, Rep Agencies, and the account contacts.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Internal Account Manager are:
Coordinate all aspects and intelligence of the customer program to include: specials, promos, end caps etc. to the sales field, including: program, new products, new products calendar, and sales reports.
Make sure the program of the top ten accounts is available, for each business unit.
Ensure pricing, packs, SKU, product, UPC and UCC numbers are current and up to date in the Orbit system and the customer's system. Correct all errors in a timely manner.
Take ownership in conjunction with the Sales Support Director to review the forecast weekly in season, Review the MS report and make adjustments, coordinate the forecast and review with the logistics team to meet the company goals and objectives regarding fill rate, lead time and inventory turns.
Assure new store orders ship 100% on time.
Coordinate new products, project management, proprietary and newly selected. Ensure they ship on time.
Coordinate drop ship programs.
Analyze sales, trends and service requirements. Report monthly.
Coordinate logistics.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required for this position:
Advanced excel skills and data base building.
High Organizational skills.
Experience in high profile customer communication.
Experience in managing large account $/unit volumes and managing multiple accounts.
Experience in managing multi-department projects.
Experience in high profile customer communication.
Experience analyzing POS data.
Must be able to work with little to no supervision.
Must work well in group problem solving situations.
Must work well in a team environment.
Must be able to communicate clearly in a team setting.
Must respect the confidential nature of the information relative to duties.
Requirements:
Two to four years of experience in Account Management.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
