Position Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of ERP implementation experience with strengths in gathering business requirements, configuration, functional specification and testing Experience in CPG/Foodservice industry preferred JDE EnterpriseOne experience preferred Comprehensive knowledge of the systems development life cycle, structured analysis and design techniques, user requirements definition, interviewing and data collection techniques PC-based packages used in development and/or support of production systems, conversion activities, testing methodologies, and implementation procedures Strong working knowledge of supply chain, order to cash, purchase to pay, manufacturing and/or financial processes The ability to communicate well and demonstrate business knowledge both verbally and in writing, strong time and work management skills and the ability to resolve critical project issues Experience in project planning and control with strong planning and organizational skills Must work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
