Job Description We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for a Fortune 1000 manufacturing company, a world leader in production of welding consumables and equipment.

Compensation:
$80,000
$40,000 Bonus
Use of company car (depending on experience) Min.
Education:
High- School Diploma / A Bachelor in welding a plus Min.
Experience:
3 years MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE WELDING INDUSTRY OR BASIC KNOWLEDGE ABOUT WELDING
Job Description:
Will grow and strengthen established key customer/client relationships and grow revenue.
Increase sales and market share through direct and indirect sales activities.
Develop, recommend, and implement effective sales strategies that support future sales growth.
Manage the established monthly product sales objectives.
Collaborate with other executives to improve business results.
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of the welding process desired (e.
g.
, welding engineer, welding foreman, lead welder, or welding instructor).
Experience calling on distributors and end users as well as knowledge of the welding process desired (Comfortable in B2B sales environment).
Open to recent college graduates with technical background in welding or industrial sales and/or welding engineering.
3-10 years of sales experience and welding knowledge, such as compressed gases, plasma parts, mig parts and wires, tig parts and wires, welding rods, and oxy-acet welding equipment.
A Bachelor in welding from an accredited college or university a plus.
Experience with Fortune 500 companies a plus.
Kaizen- Toyota Production system knowledge a plus.
Ability to work effectively in diverse industries and in team environment.
Must be hands-on and a team player.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
