What You'll Need 2-4 years office experience; Keen attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong technology and Internet skills Great organizational and multitasking skills Awesome attitude Strong problem-solving skills The ability to work independently College experience a plus What You'll Do Gather information from donors and charity partners by phone, as followup Maintain donation forms of all donations received Coordinate vehicle pickup through a local towing company Track that towing companies we use are licensed and insured Work with the Site Supervisor to track inventory on the lot Post photos and ads to eBay and Craigslist Update and maintain accurate records of online sales of vehicles Arrange for delivery of vehicle after sale, with one of our car transportation partners Arrange to forward proceeds of sales from donations to the charity designated by the donor.
