Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for Crest Financials Midvale location. Our work environment is a fun, energetic, employee centered, and a professional place to be. We work hard and play hard too. We also offer great benefits.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Assist staff with customer service
-Inbound Calls
-Setting up payments/payment arrangements
-Other administrative functions.
-Make regular collection calls to customers with past due accounts.
-Engage in other collection techniques such as sending letters and researching accounts.

HOURS:
Full Time employment Monday-Friday; 9:00am-5:30 pm
Compensation:
$10.00-$15.00 an hour DOE
Successful candidate will possess:
-Bilingual in Spanish (Required)
-Previous office experience (Required)
-Customer Service/Collections (A plus but not required)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong attention to detail and organization
-Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
-A positive and friendly attitude
-Internet/emailing knowledge
-Excel and Word Skills
-Be responsible and trustworthy
-Be able to multi-task
-Have problem solving skills
-Reliable and seeking long term employment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
