Area Assistant Property Manager (Park City, Utah)

Established and busy property management company seeks a part-time area assistant property manager to report directly to a team of community managers who manage several HOA communities/properties and their respective boards. Position is part-time and requires a flexible schedule to accommodate various property needs. We are looking for a professional, energetic and highly efficient individual with excellent people and computer skills, at least 50 WPM for typing proficiency, strong verbal and written skills and anxious to commit to long term employment. Previous HOA experience desired. Must be extremely reliable with a proven work ethic and employment history. Experience preferred but not necessary.
MUST LIVE IN PARK CITY
Primary Duties to include:
Ensure ongoing and proactive communications with the customers.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with HOA and residents.
Conduct and inspect frequent property visits.
Participate in HOA meetings.
Help manage seasonal and other contractual relationships with contractors and/or vendors.
Possible budgeting and bookkeeping.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
