Employer located in Layton, UT is a growing company that designs and markets safety glasses, sunglasses, and market specific eyewear.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and friendly Customer Service Agent with the ability to sale. Support sales of new products in key markets. Help target Specific markets and demographic areas to increase sales and new products. Communicate via e-mail and phone providing marketing flyers and material to support increased sales. Accurately answer any customer inquiries regarding new technology and designs. Follow-up with all customers in regards to samples, orders, tradeshows, and general retention. Gather information from previous, current, and potential customers on how we can get our glasses in their stores.
Have excellent customer service skills.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal skills.
Be organized and detailed oriented.
PC Literate, working knowledge of Excel and Word.
Ability to be motivated and work towards meeting and/or exceeding individual sales goals.
Team player, ability to share and communicate ideas and information with peers.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
