Supervises staff of Concurrent Review Nurses :
Plans and assigns work; monitors department workload to ensure care is rendered at the most effective, efficient and appropriate level; makes timely and effective adjustments :
Prepares for and participates in regulatory audits; gathers information, maintains required reports, develops and monitors timely and effective corrective actions plans Job
Qualifications:
:
At least three (3) years of clinical experience :
At least four (4) years progressively responsible experience in a medical management or healthcare services setting in managed care :
In:
depth knowledge of and proficient skills in administering protocols for utilization management, discharge planning and/or case management :
Strong knowledge of Medi:
Cal and/or Medicare standards and regulations Preferred Job Skills / Experience / Knowledge:
