Professional Web/UX Designer

Veracity Insurance Solutions, located in Pleasant Grove Utah, is an international insurance brokerage firm specializing in the placement of Programs, General Liability and Product Liability Insurance. A portion of our insurance sales are done through our online programs. We are looking for a talented web designer with a fresh perspective to join our team.
Meet with stakeholders to determine design requirements
Create a user web experience to fulfill a specific purpose in a professional, visually appealing manner
Ensure that site designs are compatible with all devices
Quickly mock-up designs using whiteboard and software
Create high-fidelity designs
Communicate design ideas to programming team
Light print design
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
Strong visual design sense-online portfolio of work required
Excellent attention to detail, keen eye for clean UI implementation, and knowledge of design best practices
Solid knowledge of usability, accessibility, and cross-browser issues
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness and ability to learn quickly and expand technical repertoire
Good understanding of and/or background in marketing
Associates degree in related field (Design, Web design, Print Design, Marketing)
HTML/CSS and Javascript (jQuery) skills
At least 3 years of experience using Adobe design software (Illustrator and Photoshop)
1-3 years work experience (relevant internship experience will be considered)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
