Assistant Controller
Very busy real estate investment company that has been experiencing significant growth over the past two years is in need of expanding its accounting team and seeks an Assistant Controller.
Assistant Controller will have specific responsibility for overseeing all accounting functions for a large subsidiary company, as well as some corporate level responsibilities.
The Assistant Controller is a full-time salaried position, and is eligible for health benefits. Starting salary range is $40K-$45K/year.
Minimum qualifications include:
- Bachelors degree in accounting
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent Excel skills (experience with
(vlookup functions a must)
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Friendly and able to interact with company-wide
personnel
- Able to meet deadlines
