years directly applicable work experience.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong collaborative ability needed to work with partners across the business Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver quality work under tight time lines.
Effectively communicate, understand, analyze and structure undefined, complex concepts.
Proven ability to gather requirements and recommend appropriate data and reporting solutions.
Demonstrated experience in building and deploying reporting solutions in support of operational and business users.
Advanced skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (EX:
Access, Excel, Word, etc.
