Job Description This position is responsible for managing the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of Windows based applications and systems contributing to the overall IT strategy and plan. Essential Functions: â ¢Works with IT Management to develop standards for all IT systems and applications to assure that IT service meets agreed service levels. â ¢Manage a team comprised of Programmer Analysts responsible for software development. â ¢Responsible for the code review and mentoring of Programmer Analysts â ¢Responsible for delivering defect-free solutions to QA â ¢Responsible for building new software applications including: overall review, design, accurate estimations and timely delivery â ¢Responsible for budgeting and implementing new technologies in accordance with corporate IT plans and capabilities. â ¢Performs other tasks as assigned. â ¢Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Companyâ s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards. Minimum Qualifications: â ¢Bachelorâ s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration â ¢7-10 years of IT experience â ¢Experience in IT standards and best practices for naming conventions; source control; version control; testing; production turnover; specification development and systems analysis; and release management. â ¢Hands on experience AS/400, RPG (IV, or 400 ILE) & CLP. â ¢Prefer experience with SQL, GENTRAN, JAVA, RUP designing, ERD design skills, case tool â ¢Ability to review functional and technical specifications. â ¢Strong customer service skills. â ¢Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; good listener. â ¢Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines. â ¢Strong organizational skills; attention to detail. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
