Multiple 7-Eleven convenience stores owner is now hiring store managers who can run the business, oversee store operations, hire and supervise employees, manage inventory and maximize sales and profits.
Downtown Austin, Killeen and horseshoe Bay, Texas.
Requirements:
Minimum two years of retail/food-service store manager experience.
Ability to train, develop and hold staff accountable Analytical and time management skills Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Willingness and ability to work on call Ability to build a selling culture environment As a store manager you will be setting a standard for customer satisfaction by making your store a model of our company's Five Fundamentals; Quality, Assortment, Service, Value and Cleanliness.
