About The Position A Supervising Registered Nurse II, Correctional Facility, is the second supervisory level in the series.
Incumbents work in a correctional facility either (1) directing nursing services in a licensed inpatient care facility other than a general acute care hospital; or (2) directing nursing services as a shift supervisor in a licensed general acute care hospital; or (3) directing nursing services as an assistant to the director of nursing at a licensed general acute care hospital.

Starting Salary:
$3,914/monthly Benefits Include:
Receive a $1,500 bonus upon successful completion of one qualifying pay period (see Pay Letter for details) Receive a $1,500 bonus upon successful completion of six qualifying pay periods (see Pay Letter for details) Receive a $1,000 bonus upon successful completion of 18 qualifying pay periods (see Pay Letter for details) Part-time and intermittent employees shall receive a pro-rata share of the recruitment differential based on the total number of hours worked.
