ADMITTING REP - ER - 10HR ROTATING ON-CALL SHIFTS This position will register patients.
Verifies insurance and collects pertinent patient information and data.
Collects, deductibles, co-pays and flat rates.
Required Training/Education/Experience/Certification:
1.
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification practices required.
2.
One year admitting/registration experience in a medically related organization.
3.
Proficiency in microsoft products, database management and entry and internet usage.
4.
Strong communication skills Preferred Training/Education/Experience/Certification:
1.
Six months customer service experience in one of the following fields:
medical insurance, financial industry and/or medical industry.
