User Experience Designer - Sirius Computer Solutions (Tallahassee, FL)
Primary Duties & Responsibilities o Develops user-centered design solutions for client, including developing strategies and tactics to ensure successful adoption of the solutions o Works with client Line of Business personnel, visual designers, developers and other stakeholders to determine needs o Collaborates with client and developers to deliver innovative design solutions and ensure that web designs and applications meet both client and end user needs o Develops solution artifacts such as site outlines, process flows, scenarios, personas, wireframes, and navigation models for web, desktop, and mobile applications to define functionality and user behavior o Communicates visual design strategy and rationale to key stakeholders Requirements Position Requirements Basic Qualifications - o Bachelor's Degree in Interactive Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Human Factors, Computer Science or a related field o At least three (3) years work experience in an Information Architect, Interaction Designer, User Experience Designer, or similar role o Portfolio showcasing design capabilities in a variety of styles Other Position Requirements - o Demonstrated experience developing solution artifacts such as site outlines, process flows, scenarios, personas, wireframes, and navigation models for web, desktop, and mobile applications to define functionality and user behavior o Demonstrated ability with developing strategies and driving end user adoption of solutions using social business and web 2.
