Responsibilities:
Other duties beyond this representative listing may be assigned to the essential job duties and responsibilities of this position based on Company needs.
Posts all incoming packing slip into the computer.
Follows all company procedures for shortages or damaged parts.
Process all incoming stock orders within 24 hours.
Posts all inter:
branch packing slips into the computer.
Generates a picking list and places parts in the appropriate area as indicated on the packing slip.
Pulls all customer orders as indicated on the picking list and places in either will call, packages for shipment, or dispatches for delivery.
Creates a Return to Vendor in the computer prior to shipping parts.
Completes appropriate return paperwork including tracking number and freight cost.
Must file freight claims for any shortages or damaged parts received within 24 hours of receipt.
Must be able to exercise a high level of independent judgment and must possess an advanced level of reasoning skills.
Must have the ability to multi:
task under pressure without losing accuracy and efficiency.
Must be able to work at maximum efficiency with minimal supervision.
Must be a team player.
Must be able to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area.
Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Computer literate with the ability to learn and be proficient in any software program utilized by the Company.
Must be proficient in Microsoft software, such as Word, Excel, etc.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
