Developer's Assistant
Real Estate Developers Assistant
Individual to work directly with developer in the locating, acquiring and development of residential and commercial real estate.
Position would be twenty to thirty hours per week.
Compensation would be based upon education and experience on an hourly rate with a performance bonus.
A real estate license is preferred but not required.
This individual should have strong integrity, be a motivated and hard worker and have excellent people skills.
