Sales Administrative Assistant

Utah's largest private transportation company - All Resort Group and Park City Transportation - seeks a qualified individual to join the Sales Department full-time as an Administrative Assistant.
PRIMARY GOAL: To provide superior quality customer service and support to our sales staff to improve efficiencies within our department.
Position Details:
- Year Round
- Immediate Start
- Full-Time
- Park City Corporate Office
- Hourly Pay
Schedule desired:
Tuesday - Saturday
1100am - 700pm or 1200pm - 800pm each day
Flexibility if a day or time change is required with some advanced notice
Principal
Responsibilities:
- Manage/Work with a small team of sales representatives
- Assist sales staff with day to day operations: drafting contracts, customer follow up, invoicing, reviewing of orders, order input
- Monitor all communications with existing customer base as well as expand customer base
- Ensure the utmost in service is provided to all partners
- Problem solve as needed
- Answer all phones, emails, faxes to provide full service to each customer with one transaction
Experience Desired:
- Previous company experience a plus!!
- Experience in the service industry and transportation is a plus (Sales experience is not required if you are the right well-rounded, multi-tasking, motivated individual).
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail must be a strong suit for the correct individual
- Basic computer skills are a requirement
- Operations experience/capacity is desired
MUST HAVE: Attitude, enthusiasm, dedication, motivation. Ability to be a self-starter, produce, multi-task and have superior communication skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
