Lemon Ice Store Manager - Layton, UT

DownEast Outfitters is looking for an exemplary candidate to fill the Store Manager position at our new Lemon Ice store opening in Layton, UT. Must be able to work flexible hours; Saturday availability is required. Our manager will be required to work a 40 hour work week.
We are looking for strong candidates to be part of a successful team at DownEast, and provide leadership and direction, overseeing and managing various business functions of the store.
Previous retail and/or managerial experience is strongly encouraged.
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to: driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer issues, managing employees, recruiting, hiring and training, scheduling store coverage, merchandising and building product knowledge, inventory management, book keeping, inspiring achievement among sales team, keeping team productive and on task, driving business to meet specific goals, and maintaining a clean, safe, secure and friendly store.
Compensation:
Wage - based on experience

Qualifications:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
