Junior Sales Associate/Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a Junior Sales Associate/Administrative Assistant to manage sales accounts while also perform administrative duties. This position could lead into full time sales and therefore is perfect opportunity for an aspiring sales associate.
Job Duties:
Account Management- Handle Fortune 100 customers in a professional manner
Order Entry
Provide administrative support to sales and marketing managers
Perform market research
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and special events, make travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports as required
Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls ensuring a high level of customer service and confidentiality
Prepare routine and specialized correspondence, memos, and reports. May prepare special periodic reports and compose non-routine responses to correspondence requiring knowledge of manager's views
Experience/Schooling or Degree Required:
An Associates degree preferred
Relevant work experience is required
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point, Oracle experience is preferred
