In this role you'll be responsible as a member of the interdisciplinary team for the provision of skilled nursing assessment, planning and care in order to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families consistent with the Kindred at Home policies and procedures.
ASN or graduation from a Nursing Diploma program;
BSN preferred
Current UT RN license
Current CPR certification
Current driver's license and auto insurance
2 years of nursing experience in a home health setting
Supervisory/managerial experience preferred
