HSE Manager, Site Management - Fluor (Avila Beach, CA)
o Manages, trains and supervises HSE employees, inspectors, nurses, medics, and other employees working in the HSE department on a project through an expert knowledge of the Company's HSE standards, programs and goals; Calculation and control of HSE budgets, staffing requirements and schedules o Monitors HSE programs by creating summaries/reports/presentations for HSE management and makes recommendations based on interpretations o Prepares and maintains reports, or documents that may be required to meet corporate or regulatory requirements, including monitoring application of HSE standards and goals.
