This position reports to the Net Apps Support Manager of OBS, reporting to the Director of Operations Business Support.
Performance Objectives:
- Analyze technical needs and developing specifications for system modifications, enhancements and new product features.
- Review customer requirements and developing business requirement documents for system modifications.
- Responsible for executing plans :
test modifications, analyzing and verifying results.
- Maintain logs, review and track errors.
- Assist in developing and scheduling automated stress testing scripts.
Monitor and report results as needed.
Obtain user agreement that system changes meet the desired specifications.
- Maintain and update applicable system tables.
You will be responsible for receiving and manipulating large data files.
Position Requirements - Three years strong knowledge of our systems and business functions or proven ability to achieve high level of knowledge from current industry.
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Must be prompt and accurate in analysis and evaluation of data.
- Creativity required in deriving solutions to problems.
- Ability to communicate with upper management staff, IT staff, training and processing staff regarding upgrades, changes and new projects that affect our site.
