Sales Assistant BMW of Beverly Hills This sales support role is not for the faint of heart youll work intimately with the top BMW Portfolio Manager in all of BMWs US dealerships! To repeat, youll be an integral partner, working hand-in-hand with the number 1 Portfolio Manager in the country.
Heres what youll do on day one:
Treat the client like a guest in your home always.
Exceed our clients expectations, anticipate their needs, and deliver on your commitments.
Be mindful of our clients time, respect their intelligence, acknowledge their personal professional achievements and be a contributor to this environment of success.
Stay on pace this is a high dollar, high-volume, luxury sales culture.
Work as part of a team with Neda and 3-other Sales Assistants.
There is no selling, negotiating or closing, but there is a high degree of follow-up on purchase details and executing a flawless client delivery.
First year earnings are $3,500 per month.
Heres what year 2 looks like:
Develop the 1st year skills to a high level.
Use the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to forecast future client needs over the upcoming 12 to 18-months.
Understand the client needs process, product presentation and finance offerings.
Second year earnings are $4,500 per month.
Beyond year 2:
This is your transition point.
You will have learned the client support process and executed at a high level.
You can continue in this unique and highly visible role or you can transition into becoming a Client Advisor having learned from one the elite professionals in the retail automotive industry.
