BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent Required:

BS Degree and minimum of 7
years of professional experience, or an Associates Degree and a minimum of 10
years experience, or a minimum of 15 years of experience in a chemical/ petrochemical or other similar manufacturing environment required.

Must have basic computer skills.

Must have strong skills in analytical thinking, communication and interpersonal understanding, customer focus, entrepreneurial acting/initiative, team leadership/collaboration, results orientation, organization awareness, and change orientation/management.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
