High School Graduate or equivalent required

Accurate typing rate of 40 wpm required Has excellent communication skills, oral and written Able to sit for long periods of time, restricted to telephone activities Must be able to operate the following equipment:
copier, fax machine, computer, and 10-key calculator Professional appearance and manner required
Responsibilities:
Answers all telephone calls directed to PFS concerning patient accounts Stays within Department standard Accesses and updates information through the use of the billing system and interprets information to answer patient inquiry Answers patient correspondence, either by written or verbal response within Department standards.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
