Housing Coordinator Youth Services is seeking FT staff for Youth In Transition Housing Coordinator (1 yr grant funded position) Be part of a supportive team helping to transform the community & it's resources for young adults 16-21 who are homeless or unstably housed.
Provide direct service to clients & oversight of youth shelter.
Bachelor's Degree, experience working with youth & families, a valid driver's license & reliable transportation required.
