Responsibilities:
; Review infrastructure purchase requisitions and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with infrastructure finance plan ; Work closely with the Supply Chain organization to ensure purchase order hygiene ; Define and implement processes for tracking key infrastructure performance metrics ; Work closely with supply chain and accounts payable to reduce payment cycle time ; Collaborate with groups in finance and in operations including vendor management, fixed assets, accounting, and tax to support the infrastructure groups ; Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to infrastructure financial management ; Develop metric scorecards for capital expenditures and perform budget vs.
actual variance analysis Requirements:
; Bachelor's degree from a leading undergraduate institution and a top academic performer.
; 3-5 years accounting or financial analysis experience from a leading technology, public accounting or high growth firm; Fixed assets experience a plus ; Internal audit/compliance/SOX experience strongly preferred ; Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion, and procure-to-pay best practices.
; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
; Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task.
; Team player with a positive attitude and a focus on business issues.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
