General Service Tech - Goodyear (Frisco, TX)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grip, handle, lift/ carry up to 60 pounds, and push / pull up to 60 pounds up to 2/3 of the work day.
Must also have the ability to lift/carry over 60 pounds and push/pull over 60 pounds up to 1/3 of the work day.
Tasks Drive customers vehicle onto hoist or jack in preparation for removing wheels from vehicle or fitting new tire to wheel.
Performs tire and wheel related services while following established processes in performing Goodyear's standardized oil change and vehicle inspection process.
Ensure parking lot and bay navigation standards are followed.
Includes test driving cars to diagnose problems.
Performs non technical automotive services on automobiles using Goodyear's policies and training.
Uses protective equipment when operating machinery and manual working tools to ensure the environment is safe for all associates working.
Maintains cleaning and maintenance in the service department, showroom, exterior of building, and the tire and parts storage areas.
Must complete all other duties as assigned.
