PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB
Responsibilities:
Manages human, material and financial resources so that department goals and objectives are achieved, including department-specific and organizational dashboard measures and corporate priorities.
Works collaboratively within a leadership team to achieve division and organizational goals and objectives.

Masters in PT/OT/SLP Required:
Minimum of 5-7 years in a technical/professional role with increasing leadership responsibility ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE Employee performs within the prescribed limits of the hospital s and department s Ethics and Compliance program, and is responsible to detect, observe, and report compliance variances to their immediate supervisor, or upward through the chain of command, the Compliance Officer, or the hospital hotline.
