Maintenance Tech
Logan Property Management Company is now looking for a qualified, dedicated maintenance technician. Duties will include routine residential household maintenance such as; swamp coolers, sprinkler systems, some minor electrical repairs, minor plumbing repairs, minor appliance repair, dry wall, painting, yard work and some property clean up.
Qualifications:
