- Bachelor''s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related area - 4-5 years experience in either public or private accounting within a larger corporate environment (2-3 years in public preferred) - CPA required - Ability to think conceptually and analytically about key impacts of operations on financial results - Ability to work as a team member - Initiative to work independently and contribute to department goals - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to lead others while maintaining effective business relationships with associates throughout the organization - Strong computer skills, including Excel and experience with an enterprise accounting system such as SAP - Knowledge of GAAP and experience in complex accounting processes and analysis What you''ll be doing:
- Prepare and review management reports - Analyze financial variances with key business drivers - Development of line of business budgets and forecasts - Streamline and improve efficiency of reporting and processes - Complete ad hoc projects - Assist with complex accounting tasks and reviewing monthly financial activity.
