30 am Must be bilingual - Spanish Responsible for the throughput of products through department.
Responsibilities:
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintains production schedules and follow-ups.
Supervises and directs training to accomplish skill sets required for production and processes.
Evaluates and completes performance evaluations.
Participates in interview and hiring process.
Responsible for accountability and disciplinary action of team.
Encourages, supports, and actively participates in kaizen improvements and events.
Responsible for the cleanliness, organization and flow in their areas of responsibility.
Additional responsibilities and projects, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation, Skills and Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in Production environment with practical knowledge of part builds Extensive knowledge of product lines and materials within department Functional knowledge of all equipment and machinery used within department Ability to read manufacturing orders, mylars/specifications (internal and external) Ability to co-lead a Kaizen event Thorough understanding of processes that effect D labor Must have verbal and written command of the English language with the ability to communicate with all levels of management Ability to mentor Supervisors Proficient at MS office Good math skills 10-key skills by sight Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task Ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks with constant interruptions Flexible schedule Source:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
