Sales Manager
Summary:
Gatco is a leading manufacturer of fashion bath accessories. We are seeking an aggressive, self-motivated and experienced Sales Manager. The Sales Manager position involves: managing Corporate accounts, sales analysis, developing marketing campaigns, trade show coordination and managing Gatco's team of Sales Representatives. The right individual will be mechanically inclined and able to help with the day to day hands-on activities when necessary.
Responsibilities:
Prepares action plans for Sales Reps to support search of sales leads and new prospects.
Initiates and coordinates development of sales campaigns to penetrate new markets.
Conducts market analyses, creates sales proposals and product presentations.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Reps to build effective communications.
Job Specifications:
5-7 years of experience in Sales Management.
Detail oriented with strong follow-up and follow-through.
Great organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Presentation and communication skills in customer environments is critical.
Experience with MS Office Programs - i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Xcel, etc. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
