Summary:
Educate independent IPCs on Morinda policies. Investigate possible violations of Morinda policies by IPCs to maintain a level playing field for all IPCs. Assist in protecting Morinda from liability.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Educate and assist IPCs over the phone, in person, or in writing via a letter or email. This communication should help the IPCs better understand Morinda policies and the purposes for the policies, how they can ensure that their IPC account and business activities comply with those policies, and what they must do to correct anything in their IPC Account or activities that does not comply with Morinda's policies.
Investigate possible violations of Morinda policy; educating IPCs who may have violated Morinda policies.
Agent reports to manager on all findings and reviews case with manager to ensure next appropriate step.
Review and approve IPC advertising
Identify any errors in the IPCs' advertising statements and usage of Morinda-owned trademarks.
Review, approve and process ownership and sponsorship changes to IPC accounts
Identify any errors or missing information on the forms submitted by the IPCs and to compare information and signatures on submitted forms to forms already accepted by Morinda.
Agent reports to manager on ownership and sponsorship changes to IPC accounts and reviews ownership and sponsorship change questions and issues with manager.
Review and liaise with international compliance agents on all responsibilities included above
Assist International offices with compliance cases.
Any other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.
Required
Qualifications:
Second language required (Russian)
Requires high school diploma plus 6-8 years of work experience.
BS/BA degree preferred.
Must have basic computer skills.
Requires strong organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Good attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
International experience preferred.
