Account Manager - Customer Service
If you absolutely love people, if you desire to make others happy, and you love to work hard, we want to talk to you. Alexander's is adding to their Customer Service team. We're looking for people who have over two years of customer service experience and want to have a career in that field. Experience in Printing is also a definite plus.
Work daily with and form personal relationships with your own group of customers. You support the sales rep. assigned to those customers. You provide estimates, input jobs, work with the production crew to see that they are completed on time and properly bill the customer. Most of all, you make your customers feel like they are the only customer we have.
