2nd shift Production Manager of Poultry Plant Workers Needed Hain Pure Protein Corporation Responsibilities include:
Ensure a safe, well-organized and efficient operation with minimum downtime; Strictly adhering to company standards, procedures, customer specifications and quality standards; Ensure that all production processes and products adhere to GMP standards and customer specifications, and are in compliance with the company's HACCP Plan; Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, EEO, and other appropriate government regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Poultry Science, Animal Science, Biology, or related field), or equivalent in experience.
5 years proven supervisory experience.
Must be adaptable to a rapidly changing environment, diversity in the organization and the critical aspects of food processing.
Strong reading, math, writing, verbal communication and analytical skills.
Bilingual preferred.
