LEADPERSON PRODUCTION A Girder & Columns Crew NEXT Beam Crew Stripping Crew High Concrete Group LLC, one of the nation's leading producers of structural and architectural precast concrete parking garages, commercial structures and architectural facades, has immediate openings for skilled Leadperson Production A. The Lead Person is responsible for daily planning, directing, training, implementation and general supervision of his/her assigned area. Accountable to meet production schedules within budgeted allocations, and to meet the above responsibilities while insuring conformance to safety and quality standards. Demonstrates ability to perform all the functions/operations of the Journey Person and Production Worker positions within the department. Responsible and accountable to conduct his/her responsibilities within the confines of EEO, Title VII and other applicable laws. Qualifications include High School Diploma or GED, minimum of one (1) to three (3) years in the precast concrete industry, proven ability to read and understand production drawings, ability to lead crews, and able to communicate well.
