Director of Staff Development Hanover Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to fill a Director of Staff Development position.
This is a full-time Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and evening hours required.
This position is Responsible for teaching and evaluating the core orientation course for all employees, and for teaching 51% of the Nursing Assistant training program.
Position is also responsible for evaluating the educational needs of the facility and participating in the supervision and evaluation of staff.
Qualified applicants Must be a Pennsylvania licensed RN or eligible for a PA license.
Completion of the Train the Trainer state approved course preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory position.
Teaching experience preferred.
