Lead Generation Caller
Textura PlanSwift Corporation is immediately hiring Full Time Lead Generation / Appointment Specialists. We are looking for individuals who are outgoing and energetic with a positive attitude.
The ability to multi-task, learn quickly, and apply coaching and feedback given by managers is extremely critical to the success of this position.
Duties will include making outbound calls to leads to generate appointments for sales presentations, overcoming objections from prospective customers, following up with leads and developing relationships to secure appointments.

Prior sales experience and working with customers over the phone are preferred, but not required.
Training will be provided and will be ongoing.
Starting pay is $8.00 an hour, with advancements in base pay up to $10.00 an hour (in the first 3 months) with additional commissions and incentives. Total pay can be between $12.00 and $15.00 an hour.
